The Boerne-Champion Chargers won their second game in a row and demolished the Lockhart Lions 64-14, to improve their record to 8-2 (4-2 in District League), and now hold a 342-195 scoring advantage over opponents this season. The Lions fell to 2-8, and the game was really never in doubt, as the Chargers took a 29-7 lead in the first quarter and were up 57-7 at half-time, allowing both coaches to substitute freely in the second half.
