She returned to SAC and has served as a research specialist, college facilitator, and project coordinator. As coordinator of measurement and evaluation, she fostered a collaborative strategic planning process, which encouraged the inclusion of all unit colleagues, for a co-created unit strategic plan, and an assessment process with a reflective review, analysis, and evaluation of the unit strategic plan.
