University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio issued the following announcement on July 22
The Office of the Texas Governor and renowned transplant surgeon and former UT System chancellor, Francisco G. Cigarroa, MD, released a new Spanish-language PSA urging Texans to work together to slow the spread of COVID-19.
In the PSA, Dr. Cigarroa encourages people to wear a face mask, wash their hands regularly, stay home when possible and practice social distancing.
