Enrollment Analysis: multiracial students comprised 13.6% of Randolph Field ISD schools' student body in 2022-23 school year

There were 199 multiracial students enrolled in Randolph Field ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 8.3% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Randolph Field ISD schools welcomed 1,462 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 13.6% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Randolph Field ISD roughly covers schools within Bexar County and has a main office in Randolph A F B.

Among the three schools in Randolph Field ISD schools, Randolph Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 83 students.

Education in Texas is often a hot button issue, especially as test scores lag behind other states.

"The problems commonly cited are flaws in the school financing system, relatively low teacher salary, poor test performance by students... dropouts from traditional schools in favor of charter schools... gun violence, and mental health issues," claimed the Texas Almanac.
