In honor of National Distance Learning Week, Alamo Colleges Online, in partnership with Faculty Development, is hosting a week-long series of instructional development workshops, activities, and discipline discussions culminating in an exciting capstone event—the yearly Alamo Colleges EduTech Conference, held in person on Nov. 11, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This year, National Distance Learning Week (NDLW) runs from November 7–10, 2022, and promotes activities meant to:
- Share effective pedagogical methods in online learning
- Discuss current issues and emerging trends
- Discuss best practices in online course design specific to your discipline
- Discuss how you encourage leadership in your online courses
