The City of Kirby was awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from Bexar County in the amount of $300,000 to help with the reconstruction of Alan Shepard. We allocated additional funding for sewer replacement and the complete reconstruction in the fiscal year 2022-2023 Budget. A contract was recently awarded to RL Jones, LP in the amount of $1,478,216.00. This project is anticipated to be completed by April 2023.
