Mr. Gilbert Perales has joined the City of Balcones Heights and will serve as Interim City Administrator while City Council commences a search for a permanent replacement. With over 44 years of local government experience dedicated to serving citizens in both small and large communities, Mr. Perales is honored for the opportunity to serve the community during this transition period.
While Mr. Perales has served in communities throughout the State of Texas, his career started with the City of San Antonio, his hometown, where he attended Lanier High School and went on to receive his Master’s Degree at St. Mary’s University.
