Cross Mountain median home valuations rose by 1.2% in May

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in Cross Mountain rose by $4,710 while total valuation decreased by 83.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $388,100 - a 1.2 percent increase over the $383,390 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Cross Mountain in May 2021.
