City of Helotes recently issued the following announcement
The Winter Storm Warning for Allen has expired, though the City continues monitoring road conditions and treating icy areas as necessary. Most City facilities will reopen on Friday.
Helotes City Hall is NOT an early voting location. The closest early voting location to Helotes is the Igo Branch Library located at 13330 Kyle Seal Parkway. The early voting hours and the full list of locations can be found at www.bexar.org/Elections-Department
