Schertz issued the following announcement on July 23
Beginning August 4, 2020 Chipping services will be performed on Tuesdays during normal business hours. Friday, July 24 will be the last Friday service with no service on Friday, July 31. Appointments will be scheduled according to availability. Curbside chipping is $40 per half-hour and the charge will appear on your regular utility bill. In the event of any unforeseen delays, including weather, chipping jobs not done on the scheduled Tuesday will be completed on the next possible business day.
