There are four tow truck operator (private property) licenses held by individuals from Bexar County that are set to expire during October, according to data from the DSHS Professional Licensing and Certification Unit.
Dao Thi Bich Vu's cosmetology manicurist license is set to expire on Dec. 7.
Hau Minh Nguyen's cosmetology manicurist license is set to expire on Dec. 30.
Clarence W. Blankenship's apprentice electrician license is set to expire on Dec. 7.
Alfred Martinez's master electrician license is set to expire on Dec. 11.
Ray Garcia's journeyman sign electrician license is set to expire on Dec. 7.
Cristian G. Martinez's apprentice electrician license is set to expire on Dec. 28.
Stephen Michael Valenzuela's journeyman electrician license is set to expire on Dec. 10.
Wilhelm G. Guajardo's journeyman electrician license is set to expire on Dec. 6.
Duc Tuan Lam's cosmetology manicurist license is set to expire on Dec. 24.
